Welcome to Radio-Talk.net!

Radio-Talk.net is a place to go and discuss, without fear of censorship and retribution, the business that we all know and love.

Radio-Talk.net is not corporately owned and does not accept corporate advertisers so, you don't have to worry that we will feel the urge to steer your conversations in one way or another so as to satisfy our corporate sponsors. We also do not condone "know it alls" who seek only to elevate their own status and to stroke their own egos by belittling others who are not quite as knowledgeable but who would like to learn and come here to ask questions.

You Are Welcome Here!
Radio-Talk.net is here for you to learn from and to enjoy as well as to share your own knowledge with others.

Radio-Talk.net Is A Friendly Forum!
We realize that our industry is indeed ego driven. But, other sites allow some of the most conceited and egotistical among us to set the pace and "attitude" of the conversations and this seems to almost always end-up with those overly inflated egomaniacs "shouting down" anyone who would dare even attempt presenting an opposing view. We will not condone that here. Everyone will be equal. (For this reason, most of the true egomaniacs will probably never migrate here and this will make Radio-Talk.net a friendlier site, indeed!)

Incredible Knowledge And Support From Very Friendly People!
Radio-Talk.net, for the past four years, has amassed an incredible membership that includes some of the most brilliant leader of the broadcast industry! All we need to set this huge source of knowledge and information in motion is enough conversation to keep everyone returning on a regular basis. Please, when you come to Radio-Talk.net, don't just look and say "Well, it's all quiet and there's nothing going on." and then leave. POST SOMETHING!!! Help us get things started so that we can be what you, and everyone else is looking for!

Professional Attitude!
Most importantly, let's all try to get along! Yes, some of our newer members will have formed some opinions that are far from correct but, that's all part of learning about our business, right? Instead of coming out with endless derision, how about gently explaining how and why the person is wrong while explaining the reasoning behind your thinking? Let's all plan to and strive for a pleasant and enjoyable - yet educational - experience as we learn and share our knowledge of a great industry that we all know and love!

Is there anyone who is good with recapping and re-aligning these? I have three of them that are in need of some "TLC".

I would personally like to see
