Before I get too far into this, I want to refer everyone to the post concerning the checks from National Bank of Commerce that is run by that thieving bastard Sonny Hilburn who has aided fatass David Rushing and whore Lynn Switzer in these crimes. (That is my honest opinion of them and I can assure you that I am entitled to both having as well as expressing those opinions. you shall soon find out why these are my opinions, too.)
The person making that post is no fool. If you will go and look at the NBC page on this site and get the entire story (that David and slut-puppy don't want anyone to see), you will soon decide that Sonny Hilburn is as much involved in the criminal conspiracy as is Dumbass David and his whore up in Pampa. It does not require a genius to realize that the check Sonny Hilburn claimed was stolen by Keith was considerably less than Keith was clearly owed by the bank! I'll even go further and hazard a guess that old thieving Sonny Scumbag Hilburn has not ever paid Keith the remaining balance on the amount due because slut-face and lardass have promised that he would never have to pay it. Still, this proves my point that Sonny Hilburn is a lying, thieving bastard of the same making (probably inbred, at that) as is David Rushing and Lynn Switzer.
I saw David some time back. He was telling me that a post alleging to have been made by Jerry Keelin (who lived in Shamrock some years back) was "old material". Interestingly enough, even as he went on and on and on and on about the material being "old", not once did he ever even look like he might deny it! It was so hilariously funny to me that I almost had to walk away to keep from laughing in his face! I think it must've been something like the day, last June, when David and Rick Walden were babbling and whining about all of the "bad things" on this website but, when asked what of those "bad things" were not true, neither could say anything other than, "Well, I can't think of anything that's not true but, it shouldn't be there."
Rick Walden. Now, there's another piece of "art". (Remind me to tell you about the night he and Toby Brooks stole the police car. That's right! They stole a police car! But, that is yet another story for later.)
Now, onward and upward with the discussion at hand.
David wants to act as though the indictment and confession of Rick Roach had absolutely nothing to do with Keith or his radio station. Well, I'll be first to tell anyone interested that I read of Rick Roach's involvement in the drug trade during 2003 on the radio station's old message boards that were so very popular until the goon-squad had Keith's picture splashed across the Toby Brooks owned "County Slur-News" (County Star-News) proclaiming that Keith had been arrested for allowing the expression of opinion on his website and radio station! (Only in communist countries and in Shamrock, Texas, can this happen.) Just another case in point for how crooked and anti-American David Rushing and Lynn Switzer truly want to be.
Now, I want to try to (hypothetically) point out how it could be possible for David Rushing to make a (known to be illegal from the start) loan to some people who never really owned a radio station at all:
Before beginning, I must remind everyone that the constituents of "Jersey Boy Media" went far beyond the use of the term "gay". They were what people in the Texas Panhandle would refer to as "Flaming Faggots".
Knowing the information above to be 100% true and correct and knowing it to be a fact that David Rushing had used taxpayer money for a series of court hearings in which he was seeking to collect GAY PORN that was still being sent to the Jersey Boys old address, let's say (hypothetically, of course) that David Rushing (once upon a time) worked for Wal-Mart in Odessa, Texas, where he met a cute (in his eyes) night stocker (stock-boy) who was nick-named "Rocky" - and remember the names might've been changed in order to protect the not-so-innocent. Let's (also hypothetically) say that David and Rocky became intimately involved to the point that it was all David could do to keep Dottie from becoming wise to his "extracurricular activities" with Rocky.
Now, fast forward to the time after David has moved back to Shamrock and assumed control of Shamrock EDB (Shamrock EDC, as some call it.)
Can you imagine the bond David felt for those Jersey Boys? The WANT and the DESIRE to be home again and to find some people of "like mind" in town with him? Especially, the one object of David's desire who was just (from David's hypothetical point of view) too HOT to resist doing ANYTHING to get? And, true to form, David could control vast amounts of government funding and grants with just a few lies and strokes of his pen!
If you've wondered how it could be that David Rushing personally drew-up (single handedly and against the wishes and advice of the city attorney, James Fling - who will tell anyone who asks that he instructed David Rushing NOT TO DO IT) and entered into an unlawful agreement with those boys, now you know the rest of the story! (Hypothetically, of course!) It was not just a loan agreement that David was hoping to be allowed to "enter into" with those boys! Then, David's "cute target" decided he was too fat and moved on... After collecting a pile of money!!!
Hypothetically speaking (of course), that would probably be the most anyone in the Texas panhandle has ever tried to pay for a "quick piece" (from the same sex, no less) without actually collecting on the bargain!
I trust that this will (hypothetically) shed some light on the subject and maybe bring just a glimmer of thought into the minds of some people who really don't understand (or care to understand) what David Rushing and that Lynn Switzer whore have been allowed to do.

Keith, I am a practicing attorney in XXXXXXXXX and I would like to know something. Just exactly how lax is your state bar association and have you gone to them with a few basic pieces of evidence that you have that, in my opinion at least, would lead to the immediate disbarring of Lynn Switzer?
You'll have to follow along with me on this but there are some things here that don't add up any way you look at them. For starters, I've looked at the checks you were "convicted" of stealing from that pompous ass. One of them is from a bank and is in the amount of $690.00 and it was used against you as "evidence" that you had stolen from the asshole liar. (Sorry. I have formed my own opinions of him based upon what I've seen here.) If you can post a picture of that check here, that would be nice:
Now, I see (from another page) that the "National Bank of Commerce" later issued another check, payable to you, on that same advertising account. A picture of this check, too, would be nice:
Now, if you don't mind my pointing this out, I'll say that this check alone is indisputable evidence that Lynn Switzer was, as still is, more interested in obstruction of justice than she was ever interested in serving justice. Why do I say this? Think about it! The fact that the bank issued another check to you as payment on the same advertising account indicates that they are aware of your clear ownership of the radio station.
I see also that this criminal deal has some involvement of a Judy Campbell. Is this the same Judy Campbell whose name I've seen referenced as being associated with the Shamrock city council on other parts of you site? If so, I would suggest that you immediately get started on a page dedicated entirely to her because, whether you know it or not, you've just proven her involvement in criminal activities! Go get her rank ass, too! If Judy Campbell is stupid enough to participate in these crimes, she deserves what she gets! The more crooks you pull into this, the more likely you'll find one who will talk in order to keep from being sent to prison and, believe me, if it weren't for Switzer, you would've already had a dozen or more of these liars and thieves put away for 20 or more years!
How about this F.C. Hilburn, Jr.? Sonny Hilburn, as he's referred to in other places. I see that he signed a letter to you in which he denies having ever purchased advertising on your station while Gladys Vanderpoole, of the Pampa branch says that she did sign a valid contract with you and this is evidenced in the copy of that signed contract at http://www.shamrocktx.us/nbc.htm so we know that she is telling the truth and these other bastards are full of crap.
Then, suddenly, F.C. Hilburn, Jr. issues a check to you as payment on the same advertising account that he's previously denied? THE LYING THIEF!!! Give me that bastard on the witness stand! I'd like to ask him a few questions in another jurisdiction! (Switzer would, no doubt, conveniently "not hear" his confessions to these crimes. Just as she "didn't hear" Rushing's confessions to numerous crimes when he previously testified so, I'd like to get them before a competent prosecutor who has no vested interest in helping in the coverup.) Within a few minutes, I promise I'd have him rolling over on David Rushing! People have a weird tendency to do that when the choice is to go to prison themselves or to send the person who caused them to break numerous laws, as Rushing has caused Hilburn to do. David Rushing, F.C. Hilburn and Lynn Switzer have all come together in a criminal conspiracy to defraud you of your money! It's that plain and simple! They've also enlisted the aid of the bank president in Wisconsin, Archie Overbey. Are you aware that the use of an out of state person in the commission of any part of a crime is grounds for a federal complaint? Basically, Hilburn has used his position at the bank to illegally help David Rushing steal from you and, in the process, Hilburn has now involved Archie Overbey. You probably cannot do anything directly to Archie Overbey but, I'd say that you should publicize these antics to the high heavens and let Overbey at least reap the bad reputation his "boy" in Shamrock is building for him. As I stated about Judy Campbell above, .iIf Archie Overbey is stupid enough to aid and abet a crime, he deserves what he gets out of the deal.
Your entire problem with that area seems to center around the fact that your crooked DA was sent to prison and was replaced by, if anything, an even more crooked DA who was just as involved in the crimes of her predecessor as he was and, as a rsult, has a vested interest in covering-up her involvement in those crimes. This is very sad, indeed. It is also the doing of Texas governor Rick Perry, who is either so stupid and ignorant that it's not funny or is also involved in the criminal conspiracy. I would certainly be interested in finding out which is the case!
Also, didn't I read somewhere that Rick Walden had admitted in a signed affidavit that he had been involved in the theft of the original $690 from you and had delivered it to David Rushing for deposit into Rushing's account? Go get him! Between Rushing, Hilburn, Walden, Campbell, Switzer and all others involved in this, someone will sing like a canary when squeezed! No way can hey all come up with a plausible story because, no matter how you look at it, one or the other of them is as guilty as sin and the only thing keeping at least one of them from a certain prison sentence is the fact that your DA is too inept to do her job! (Which is, in itself, another crime.)

The bride is the daughter of Bob and Barbara Morrison of Nashville, and the bridegroom is the son of Mrs. Geraldine Baker of Pensacola, FL and the late Reverend Gerald Baker. Spanish Designer Novias created a floor length gown of silk organza with symetrical pleats and the bride's veil was from Italy and it was embroidered with tiny scallops of pearls and seashells. Wendy Kussrow, sister of the bride, was the matron of honor. Emma Kussrow, neice of the bride, was the junior bridesmaid. Attendants were Sarah, Rachel, and Zack Baker, relatives of the groom. Keith Baker, brother of the groom, was the best man. Groomsmen were Blake Thompson, Scott Winchell, Larry Whittaker, Rob Kyzer, and Bob Pate. A reception and dinner was held at the Parthenon.The couple will live in Nashville after a honeymoon trip to Cabo San Lucas. Editor's Note: The days of David Rushing and Lynn Switzer are drawing closer and closer to an end. Ironically, it's the fact that there is no longer a local radio station to contend with that is making it so easy to now draw national attention to what they've done. No longer do we have to worry about "public service to meet up with federal requirements". It looks like David is going to get his name made even more (in)famous than he already has become! By the way, for the person who told me that David is claiming someone says his wife was EMPLOYED by Wal-Mart: I called that person and had the matter clarified. The inference was not that she was employed there but that, as a person who had been "around" David, Dottie and David's BF of the time, Dottie was "hanging around" quite a bit and, as such, had a great deal of influence on the situation. This somewhat clears the situation in my mind as well as I thought that I had missed out on some vital information. Thanks for clearing this up.

Most of the local people (who amount to anything at all) are already aware of the fact that David Rushing is one of the most accomplished LIARS who has ever lived in this area and that he will stop telling these lies only AFTER lying his way into a quick U-turn at the Pearly Gates.
There WERE (before Rushing took over as "town liar") some 2,219 people in Shamerock. There are now considerably fewer people who are living here and that number is declining at an ever increasing rate. Because of this, the number of people who read these messages EACH DAY is easily several times the number of local people who live in the entire town who are ignorant enough listen to David's stupid lies. As a consequence, I do not care what David tells the local people. Those with enough intelligence to think for themselves are aware that David is a liar while those who are not intelligent enough (or are either too "involved" or criminal minded) simply don't matter.
For the record, the lowest number of people to have browsed this site (since moving to the new server during August) has been 5,017 people who stopped by on December 7th, 2007. Again, that is the LOWEST number on any given day so, I'd say that David Rushing will need to work on a much more effective means of spreading his lies.

I am a former resident of this godforsaken place and can assure you that the drug problem goes without restraint. I am speaking only facts and can confirm if requested by Monster FM. I was involved with the drug business in this place. Two officers ( I shall remain nameless) knew and confiscated drugs from me on more than one occasion and nothing was ever done in regards to any time of legal action. I was prosecuted for various other offenses and was even asked by the then time Mayor to leave town. The law enforcement officers try to bully and take what they want reminiscent of some old west characters. I hope David and Dottie and the rest of their entourage get what they have coming. But not all of my experiences with the town were bad I will always consider Shamrock as home.

Editor's Note: I fully and completely understand how you feel. No one here has ever said that the town is all "bad". If we didn't feel that it was worth salvaging, we wouldn't be looking to expose the local crooks for what they are. I just don't want to sell those rights to someone who could possibly put the thing on the proverbial "back burner" and FORGET to tell it at all!!! That is why I've been working with a friend who is a professional writer on publishing the story. We had originally hoped to have the final version ready for publication about now but, with events still unfolding, it's become almost an impossibility to even hazard a guess as to when it will be completed.
I also want to thank you for not hesitating to provide the newly required contact information so that we could verify your identity and publish your message to the community. I regret that it's come to this but, with the proliferation of the local lunatics, it's gotten to the point that I've setup the system to automatically delete anything that arrives without the required contact information. I worked with David Rushing and his wife in at Wal-Mart in Odessa. I can tell you for sure that Wal-Mart was completely unprepared for the amount of stealing these people are capable of. You know I was reading your comments and I was wondering why you change the comments from their original form. I actually read some of the comments before they were sent and you have changed them. What happened to everything being so accurate and true?

Oh I tried to call Jerry Keelin and that was not a valid number. It had not been for over three years or was the comment from three years ago.
My first impression is to tell you that Mr. Keelin at least has the integrity to post his name and contact information (however old it might be) when people such as yourself would prefer to hide and keep your identity anonymous. I wonder why? Hiding certainly detracts from your "believability factor", wouldn't you say? Yet, you still want to do it. What have you got to hide if you are so certain that you are right?
Other than the most recent of several messages sent to me by Mr. Keelin, all of the information in his e-mails checks out fully. The man knows what he's talking about and can demonstrate it all. We've been able to verify several of these illicit "deals" made by Wheeler County people. The only real problem in getting any legal action taken is (as usual) in trying to get an equally criminal district attorney interested in pursuing the matter. But, what can you expect when you're asking a crook to investigate crooks?
Since you are such an honest hard working man who is such an upstanding citizen, why did your children get removed from the home by Child Protective services and was it the first time that had happened. Explain This. Let me guess it was some other type of Mafia plotting against poor poor You!!!
My children were removed by whom? I'm sorry but I (and my family) was completely unaware of this. I was under the impression they were with family, in Alabama, where WE SENT THEM FOR THEIR OWN PROTECTION FROM THE CONTINUING BREAK-INS AND DEATH THREATS. The radio station license is not truly "lost" IF I decide it's worth fighting for. On principal, it IS. Financially, it is NOT. I have as yet to make a determination as I think it has served it's ultimate purpose of "service to the community" in the exposing of the criminals upon which this website is based. That full exposure is yet to come but, it will. When the time is right.
The license was not "lost" due to any wrong-doing on my part so much as it was "not renewed" due to my being ILLEGALLY PREVENTED (in the words of the texas court of criminal appeals: "unconstitutionally held") from attending a renewal hearing in Washington, DC.
The reason for that hearing? David Rushing had made many numerous false reports of fictitious "wrongs" that were actually the factual reporting of his criminal acts as well as the acts of others. But, while knowing that I could put him away (with his friends) for 20 or more years, I guess it WOULD be very important to prevent that testimony, wouldn't it? The same as it was beneficial to Rick Roach to try and prevent my revealing of his drug dealings that were eventually brought to light, anyway?
The hearings are far from over. The evidence against Rushing and company WILL be presented but, as an attorney of my acquaintance is so very fond of saying, "The wheels of justice grind very slowly."
You know there are to many things that just don't add up. There comes a time to just own up to your mistakes, or that’s what a real man does but I forget you only post half of the story and change the original messages. Keith, as a person who's sat in David's office and listened to him proudly brag about the way he's lied about you and set you up by and through the aid of his criminal cohorts, I'd just like to say that I long for the day I can see him hauled away in chains as we saw happen to Roach several years ago. I am posting here because I am aware that David Rushing reads this site
more than anything else in his life.
Mr. Rushing, I hope you will be able to remember me. I had originally contacted you through your COC website in the hopes of discussing the possibilities of locating an adequate audio/video production facility in or near your area.
As you may recall, I had inquired into teaming up with your local radio station but could not seem to contact anyone at KRMN. Your webmaster then advised me that Shamrock had no radio station because it had been shut down and that your office was looking to bring another station into the area because there certainly is need of one since KRMN is now out of business.
Upon further investigation, I determined that KRMN was not out of business and had simply elected to change their call-sign as a means of distancing themselves from bad debts that were made by the former station management.
Further, I found that the bad debts the new station owner is being persecuted for are debts that were not only not created by the current owner but they also are debts that any reputable banking firm worthy of it's charter would have never entered into simply because a cursory glance by a qualified person can see would have involved loaning monies to individuals who not only did not hold the station license but could not (under federal regulations) have possibly offered up the FCC license as a means of securing the loan in the first place as this would be a direct violation of federal regulations. In short, the "bank" (David Rushing) stupidly did not investigate the situation before offering the loan and your group (Shamrock Economic Development) very stupidly agreed to guarantee the loan without some serious investigation.
Now, having said this, I've also followed through and made two trips into Shamrock during the past three years. On one of these trips, I drove into town and offered to represent the local radio station (KBKH) as an account executive. Of the seven businesses I ventured into, five of them told me that they were not interested in advertising on the local station because "David tells us that he plans to sell ninety two seven and get someone back on it soon because the city owns that station." (There was even a gentleman at a drug store who kept telling me that he liked the new radio station owner but that he had "gotten crossways with the boys downtown and nobody's gonna do business because the EDB director has told them not to". When I inquired into what board, the gentleman responded "EDB. Economic Development Board".)
Of the other businesses, a couple of antiques dealers, a dollar store, a service station and two restaurants, each and every one tells me that they've been told "don't do business with the radio station so it will go broke and the owner will leave and the city can take it over". One lady even produced a copy of a memo on Shamrock Economic Development Corporation letterhead that asks local businesses to not advertise on the local station and to pay you instead of the station owner for any advertising that might have already run. (This, in itself, is a violation of federal RICO laws and can get anyone involved with such nonsense untold years in a federal prison. Especially, when the thefts involve a federally licensed facility such as a radio or television station, as this case does.)
I've visited with Mr. Hammond on two occasions and perused his files as well as some audio recordings and a separate video recording that he was evidently able to salvage from a security system that he tells me you were still holding parts of in direct violation of a court order that was to soon be brought up for enforcement. I've seen a news tape from an Amarillo television station in which there was a hearing scheduled concerning a great deal of the Hammond's property. Although the camera was not allowed into the courtroom, the sights of the Hammond's carrying their property out of the downtown building told me all I needed to know about what is truly going on, here. Then, when I saw the blurred and shadowy images of these people being forced by what appears to be three local hoodlums to "I don't care who has a bill of sale, I said leave it here! It's ours, now!" This video recording goes on for more than 30 minutes and there's not a single redeeming part in it for your group.
Mr. Hammond has recordings of several meetings that he had attended. One, during which he offered to tell your attorney how to file a proper Petition to Deny the transfer of the station into his name. I could plainly hear your attorney (called "John") telling everyone in attendance that "I don't think his transfer's gonna fly. It don't have a chance. You paid me to keep it from happenin' and I done filed against it so, there's nothin' to worry 'bout." (Mr. Hammond has a copy of an Informal Objection that was filed against the transfer in which "John" perjures himself in three different ways and could still be prosecuted on those counts if only the situation were looked into by a competent prosecutor which, of necessity, eliminates Lynn Switzer as it is generally known that she is a co-conspirator of yours.)
There's another recording that Mr. Hammond tells me was made in your office in which you and "John" tell Mr. Hammond that he's fighting tax money that will never run out. "John" even goes so far as to tell Mr. Hammond that he hopes for a nice long and drawn out fight because he will get more money that way because "this is not costing David or anybody on the EDB anything anyway. They pay me with tax money and we just go back for more to put in my pocket to fight you so you can't ever win this one because we're all dividing up tax money that just won't ever run out".
Now, I realize that your people have raised the question of illegal recordings and all of that but, does it really make a difference if everyone is locked away? And, sir, some of the criminal acts I've heard (and seen on the security system recordings) are punishable by penalties that far exceed those to ever be expected by someone who may or may not be guilty of something so mundane as illegal recordings. In fact, when you bring up that argument, you need to remember that it's almost as if you are screaming out, "Help! Police! He's speeding! He's speeding to the emergency room because I shot him while I was burglarizing his house but, I want him to get a ticket anyway because he's speeding and I can prove that it's him because the ballistics test will prove the bullet lodged in his head to have come from my gun!" What do you suppose is wrong with this line of thought? I suspect nothing - to your twisted and demented tiny little mind mind.
I am currently in Shamrock on another visit and have just reviewed a great deal of this material in an effort at deciding whether or not I will consider moving into this area. I am also giving some serious thoughts toward telling Mr. Hammond that I will purchase his radio station and then planning an immediate move into either the Pampa or Elk City area. Both are possible and you sincerely need to thank him for not already having done so.
Most station owners would've already done that as, to a station such as this, Shamrock represents considerably less than 5% of the potential income that can be generated. You've stupidly deluded yourselves into looking at the small picture in assuming that you can even slow down your local station when it, in fact, can tear your little community completely to pieces. You need to see this and recognize that you've already provided enough evidence against yourselves to be locked away for a good many years, should someone send the evidence to true law enforcement agencies outside of your immediate sphere of influence. Surely, your attorney can tell you this or is there a great portion of this material that your attorneys know nothing about? Also, is it possible that the real damages done with this evidence may not even involve a courtroom? Let us not forget that you may even be granted some form of diplomatic immunity but, when the court orders to suppress the evidence were done away with (and, they have been when they were ruled unconstitutional - which speaks volumes about Lynn Switzer), how will it look when those recordings are eventually aired on national television? I know it can happen as I produce television programming and I can think of several possible buyers for this kind of material right now.
Here's what makes it funny: People will pay more for these recordings and the stories behind them than that little radio station will ever be worth! How does it feel to be adding to the value of the materials possessed by someone you so very deeply despise? That is exactly what you're doing, whether you know it or not. (You people really should've accepted the payoff on that rather ill-conceived loan and left the radio station alone to begin with. That was the only possible politically correct thing for you to do but, then again, thinking things through does not appear to be one of your strongest points.)
At any rate, I had simply thought to tell you that I did "consider the sources of some information" as you had asked me to do in an earlier message in which you so very strongly denied most of the things that I've now seen with my own eyes and heard with my own ears. The audio itself, you can claim he's tried to edit but, as an expert in that field, I can tell you there are no edit points that are detectable by me and I've tried. The video is even more difficult to do and there are no edit points in that, either. Not to mention the fact that there is no video editing equipment in the possession of Mr. Hammond. Not yet, anyway!
Now, I would not even have written you had I not planned on leaving the area within the next few hours. I honestly feel that anyone choosing to live here is taking their life into their own hands and has either never lived in a place with any form of true law enforcement or simply doesn't know that better treatment of citizens can be had in other areas. Sadly, for Shamrock, this would even include the treatments afforded in third world countries. Just suffice it to say that I do not feel safe, here. I have personally observed the armed robbery of a local business, namely Mr. Hammond's radio station, and have seen that nothing has yet been done to bring the thugs involved to justice but, I also pledge to set about working on doing just that during the next several weeks. So, yes, I am now beginning to consider the sources of your community's bad reputation in the national business community and also must pass on this information to a friend who is very actively involved in the National Chambers of Commerce. I also think Mr. Hammond needs to become involved in the video production and distribution industry as a means of marketing the story of your criminal little community. He would certainly stand to reap a much more profitable income than any radio station in your pathetic and dying little town would ever provide.
I do most sincerely hope that your group can eventually get it's act together and begin to act more responsibly and eventually even consider approaching a level of maturity more on a par with the level of most fifth graders, at least. However, what I've seen in Shamrock is simply atrocious, at best.

I really don't know what has gotten into people and what has happen to

He is reduced to running a station out of a small room out of his house, in a tiny back room at that. He gets nobody's advertising or support from town. he has tried on numerous occasions to give away free advertising to benefit the town. To any the accepted they were threatened by the EDC to close their business,their families business, or even some kind of false charges are brought against them to tie them up for a while so they won't say nothing. I noticed that soon after an opinion site ran by a local person started getting into the edc and radio stations business that it dissapeared along with person running it. Phone calls were made and certain people went by the persons house.... Nothing could be found out as to why the site dissapeared nor the person running it. The police in Shamrock are corrupt also... once, they stopped a city offical for DWi and let him go on home since he just lived around the block and he knew his brother (something to that affect).
There are several people that will not say anything for fear of their livelihoods here. The memo was sent out to several businesses....but because they have a loan with the EDC they won't talk against them. THere are several people that want the EDC out of here but are scared of losing something to FALSE accusations from their lawyer John Mann. So basically if you live in Shamrock , you keep your mouth shut if you don't want any problems.
Offer some people the behind the black screen and voice change and they might talk to you. Don't let the EDC get wind you ware coming though. THe EDC only benifits the "board of the EDC".......

Sure it's ok to show it to your attorney. I don't know if I can actually prove anything but my experience with all these people came from my 2-way radio business over the last 30 years in Shamrock. I ran the Radio Shack in Shamrock from 1976 to 1982 but remained in the business until 1999 working out of my shop at home. It involved the sale of radio's and related equipment to the county, city, and fire depts.
I sold many radio's to GH, JBJ, county judge (to name a few) over the years that were not destined for county or city use... All these people used county money to buy radio's for personal use and friends who didn't even reside in Wheeler County.
GH was the worse one... he bought radio's for his buddies in many counties like in Dalhart, Dumas, and other counties in the Texas Panhandle and used Wheeler County money to do it with. He was even stupid enough to tell me who he was buying them for and where they lived. I don't have anything on record to backup my statements other than some old sales slips but if one were to go to the court house and look up all the radio/other electonics that were purchased he would find serial numbers on all the sales tickets.... then one would have to inventory the county's actual radio's and find out which one's are not in county inventory by comparing serial numbers on the actual radio's versus the tickets.
Those records will be sufficient evidence to put some pressure on county officials and those responsible for the missing equipment...... I am not scared of any of them (and they know it). They never could control me and that's why they all hate me so badly. JBJ and GH are the two biggest crooks in Wheeler county along with the ex county judge WM. The 3 of them should all be put in prison for grand theft. Both the county commissioner's (HM & BH) are also theives as well. Whether I can prove any of this of not, I don't know, but I will do anything to help if I can. Best of luck in your battle and let me know if I can help in any way.

Editor's Note: I hate to rain on the parade but, should we think the local prosecutor would be willing to go after "some of her own"? I have personally sat in a courtroom and watched her encourage (and even help) David Rushing in lying while under oath. She seems to take great pride in these acts and in her willing participation in them!
Crooks don't want to bring crooks to justice. Particularly when one is just as guilty as the other... The simple fact of the matter is that Lynn Switzer's condoning of, coaching of and encouragement of David Rushing's acts of robbery, theft, fraud and perjury may be construed as a very loud and very clear statement of her moral and legal (professional) fiber. It is my own (informed by four years of observation) personal opinion that Lynn Switzer is just as interested in serving justice as is the average murderer, rapist, child pornographer or common drug dealer.
It's sad to say but, after almost four years of observation and as I've stated this same opinion in a previous message, Charles Manson would probably show a good deal more moral turpitude and respect for law and justice than Lynn Switzer is capable of showing. It's painfully obvious that the capabilities required simply do not exist within her twisted mind. She's much more interested in "impressing the good old boys" and avoiding another investigation that would probably uncover her own criminal dealings and willful and malicious obstructions of justice.

was so scared I called my parents twice a day just to say I was

The only way I kept things to a low roar is they knew people outside

is 100% opinion with a few good questions mixed in.
1. Have you looked into the homosexual affair that was rumored to
have been going on between David Rushing and one of the Jersey Boys? If
you do, you might find why it was so important to David to run them out
of town. There is nothing so vengeful as a jealous gay dude!
2. How about the rumors that the new DA is screwing around with David
even now? She is certainly manly enough for his tastes and she sure does
seem to always be anywhere he wants at anytime he wants. as we say in
Texas, she can tell what he ate last night because she's so far up his
fat arse that she can't breathe without inhaling his farts! And she
seems to love being there! I would be really amazed to find that she and
David don't share rooms on some of their trips together.
3. How about some more news on when David was caught stealing from
Doc Lester's business? It's a pretty well discussed topic and the
general consensus is that only David's dad paying off the people
involved kept him out of trouble at that point. But, old David doesn't
work for anyone locally anymore! Nobody will trust him that much!
4. How about more on the story of David and Dottie's adventures at
Wal-Mart in Odessa? Wal-Mart calls it "shrinkage". It is my opinion that
we should just call it plain old stealing from the company (again).
5. How is that that Rick Walden, pillar of the community that he is,
can get caught stuffing Toby Brooks' wife (not like a turkey, either!)
and Rick and Toby are still "hanging" with each other? Did they just
choose to share anyway? Do they like each others' leftovers or what? How
does Dottie fit into all of this? How could Dottie possibly ever fit
into anything?
6. Why is it that Lynn Switzer is becoming more and more afraid that
she will be investigated? If she's really as "snow white and crystal
pure" as she claims after proudly inhabiting an office and sharing
close-quarters with a known drug user and dealer for so long, she
shouldn't have to fear further investigation. But she's already been
heard claiming that she won't correct known wrongs that she's committed
at the direction of Roach because she does fear further investigation.
What is she afraid the investigation will uncover?
7. This new character, Buc Weatherby, that Toby Brooks is touting as a
candidate for city council, is he the same person who was in the office
with David Rushing and John Mann on the day they made the (now infamous)
recording in which they told you, "we know we have no legal claims to
the license of the radio station but you will give it to us or we'll
tell the DA that you are about to publicize his little drug habit on
your station and then we'll see how long you last. I bet you won't last
here more than a month after we tell him that." Is Buc Weatherby the
person that really wanted the radio station so David and company could
take it and "sell" it to him at a really nice "discounted price" (in
keeping with their other predatory lending practices as committed
against other businesses)? Or, is having his name associated with
David's ongoing personal vendetta going to harm yet another person's
(hopeful) future? Be careful, Buc! To date, the only publicity David
Rushing has been successful at getting for those around him is bad
publicity!
8. Keep up the good work, Mr. Hammond! It's high time somebody put
these corrupt, egotistical, arrogant and ignorant idiots in their
places! And, it is my honest opinion that David Rushing, Lynn Switzer,
Rick Walden and others really do belong in prison cells with their own
kind!

listen to. In the recording we could hear Jerry Bob Jernigan and David
Rushing in the act of bullying your family as they stole your belongings

Jernigan's voice when he threatened your little girls and seemed to be

is where can I find a copy of that recording now? I've looked and looked

the past) to hear these two big texas he-men get their thrills by
stealing from and bullying two little girls. I think that is something
David Rushing should have to own up to every day for the rest of his
life and I would certainly like to know how Jerry Bob Jernigan answered

At one point, our eight year old asks "Can I get my glasses?" (She cannot see to do her homework without them.) This is another classic case of how these small, corrupt little towns starve themselves into ecomonic oblivion. By preying on local businesses and residents, the local bullies just force businesses and residents to locate elsewhere, taking their tax dollars with them. Those lost dollars are the ones that would fund a city government or an economic development corporation. Without money, these entities would have to unincorporate, and that's the very opposite goal of a co-called economic development corporation. Anyone involved in such a fiasco should be charged with dereliction of duty and punished as such.
Most of your writing is very rambling and difficult to follow. Obviously this D.A. Roach is corrupt as hell, but I can't really figure out what exactly happened from what I've read here. Maybe you could bullet point or make a timeline that summarizes what happened. There are a lot of players involved and the whole situation regarding station ownership is not very clear. The appearance is that you controlled the station but were not necessarily the full owner and were accused and convicted of theft. Or at least the ownership is in question for some reason. Ownership is not a matter of opinion, either you were the lawful owner or you were not. That makes a huge difference. Who loaned who money and what tactics they use to try to swindle people doesn't really make much difference in this case. Either you were the lawful owner and can prove that or you were not. If you were not, then to be convicted of theft, they would have to be able to prove that you were doing something illegal with intent. Something about all this is weird like there was a feud going on and it led to this circus. By the way, putting a swatzstika on the current D.A.'s collar isn't helping your cause.

Amanda Baskin has also made a statement that Mr. Hammond calls his wife, Bessie, “a coon ass”, and how she hates James Turvaville. How does Amanda Baskin know this? She lives nearly 600 miles away from Shamrock. But of course, we all have determined she has been talking to David Rushing, and she has admitted to it. David must be calling all over America and telling his sob story. Amanda Baskin claims to have a B.S. degree, but we have found out that was fake, and she has a job, working in a position she doesn’t deserve. What is her motive to hurt KBKH and its friends?

I had at one time planned to move out there. Screw them. I'll never EVER give Wheeler county a penny of my money. Those stupid fools have wasted multiples of thousands (tens and tens of thousands of dollars??) trying to bully Keith into giving them the station. But greed and stupidy begat greed and stupidity. I and my family pass through Shamrock each year on our way west for vacation at the home of my wife's parents. We usually await the unusual but wonderful sound of KBKH and we feel rather alone when the signal goes away. KBKH is a unique radio station in the world of sound alike radio of today. I seldom here stations that actually have a local flavor to them no matter where I travel.
Has this David Rushing gone off the deep end? Shamrock has a radio station to be proud of! They should use it as a tool for bringing in business. I've heard about this situation, as my aunt lives in shamrock. Apperantly the town and wheeler county have become a pretty corrupt place (ala walking tall). The owner of the station has been about the only (public) person standing up in the community making noise about the issue (the local paper has been silent). Its really sad actually, its a really nice little town, hell the whole panhandle region, that's become rampant with a lot of meth makers and distributors.

I am a prosecutor in my state and, based only on what I've seem on this website, I could easily put away the people who are harassing you! I have been following your story. For the longest time, I was a follower of David and his (now obvious) lies. I say this because he has always had such a pleasant and outgoing personality. I must say that after reading the documents presented on this site I have now changed my mind completely. I am also familiar with two of the jurors who sat on your case. They have told me that they really were unsure of your guilt but that they went along with the flow of things so as to not upset anybody. I am sending a small financial contribution to help you in your legal battle and I will be standing in line waiting for the knock at my door so that I may be a signer of the documents that will rid our town of the likes of Mr. David Rushing and the rest of his lying and thieving group of criminals. Why are they not already in prison? I guess, as you say on your radio program, it really helps to have dope-dealing criminals in the courthouse and others who care nothing about justice ready to replace them when they are carted off to prison cells. I am completely amazed that Lynn Switzer would have the audacity to even run unopposed for the office of district attorney. Then again, I'm not so amazed. it's just another public screwing of our state and country by a person who would be better served by moving to a place more friendly to her political beliefs. Has anyone ever informed Ms. Switzer and Mr. Rushing that they would be more in character by becoming involved in the politics of Cuba?

Even if all the details of the story may never be made public, this is a sad commentary on small town mentality and greed. It is indeed a shame. Hammond's reported "lack of candor" with the FCC is what eventually brought him down, not the Economic Development people. But his accusers didn't get all their wishes. They put him out of business, but the radio station he said they wanted to steal is gone. From his own statements on the station website, Terry had high hopes for KBKH and it looks like he put everything into making it work. There's obviously a reason that other people did everything they could to ensure that he failed, but we'll probably really never know why. I have no personal connection here (I'm a few hundred miles away), but I feel sorry for Terry's wife and children and the people of Shamrock who weren't involved in this unfortunate episode.

This shows that the system is failing. Keith tried his best, kept his head up and fought til the end. This man just had everything taken away from him. I know he will land on his feet. He tries to do the best for his family and will land something in Florida, I'm sure from what i have heard. The mafia in Texas didnt like him and brought him down for no reason. RUMOR! We got word today that Amanda K. Baskin of Goodletsville, TN says that she is going down to Shamrock to put KBKH back on the air along with the Shamrock EDC, and they plan to sell it. Now tell me how she can do this when the FCC revolked the license from Terry Keith Hammond? Bear in mind, she, along with David Rushing, and a few others are the ones that took Terry down. The channel allotment of 92.9 is now set up as a reserved channel, and nobody can file for it until a FM application filing window opens!
If anybody hears of any station on 92.9 in the Texas Panhandle going back on, it's on WITHOUT A LICENSE!
AMANDA, if you turn it on, we'll will turn you in!

Yes, we all know about David Rushing, but David has been speaking to a ACLU intern named Amanda K. Baskin in Tennessee. Her and her gay friends have teamed up with David and current DA in Wheeler County to get Hammond shut down. The last word I got was Baskin was working in the IOP section of Tennessee Christian Hospital near Nashville. An inside source told me that Amanda was making calls from there to David Rushing and Jerry Bob Jernigan, and assisting to get Terry shut down.
Before Terry took over KBKH, the station was KRMN, and was ran by two gay men. Ms. Baskin supports gay rights and I believe she wanted to see Terry go down, so the gay guys could get the station back, and David was helping her. I heard the station would now be programed pro ACLU and support for homosexuals, but NOW the FCC has step in and has pulled the license. We heard it was going back on from the transmitter site at Twitty, TX, owned by the Shamrock EDC.

Being a broadcaster myself, I've always tended to lean towards Mr. Hammond's side of the story. I really do feel sorry for the guy (and his family). However, the only information I have on any of that mess is what has been posted on the KBKH website in the last couple of years. Now...how accurate or biased that which is posted on that website is...I haven't the foggiest. And the opposition? I don't have the faintest idea of what those people are up to either or what they're trying to pull.
I can tell you that I sent an E-mail to "60 Minutes" a week or so ago. I suggested to them that this might be a very interesting item for them to investigate.
I'd love to know the truth about this whole matter. I would also love to see that station back on the air serving the public interest, convenience and necessity.

About 2 years ago approximately Hammond would post on a regular basis about "Monster FM" and its battles with David Rushing. He asked for "voicers" to make it appear he had a large staff/supporters. I contributed a few liners, and he thanked me. I Contacted KVII and KAMR TV in Amarillo about doing a story on this station's struggles, since it was in close approximation to their coverage areas. KAMR appeared to be interested,but shied away soon after. KVII thanked me for the tip,but said it "wasn't a major concern". Imagine if this had taken place at an Amarillo station or Houston, Dallas and San Antonio. Would a TV NEWS department be interested?
I am reminded what Bill Mack once said about his hometown of Shamrock. "There were snakes under every rock".

Who is Colonel RE Jackson? This is a new name to me. What's he got to do with this? I found out that Amanda K. Baskin is a so called "counselor" at the Behavorial Treatmnet Providers, LLC in Madison, TN. Why is Kenneth Baker (head of the Behavorial Treatment Providers) and Ms. Baskin so interested in a radio station in Shamrock, Texas. I think Jackson may have a connection with them.
A "unconfirming report" we got says that David Rushing & Jerry Bob Jernigan of the Shamrock EDC has owning interest in the Behavorial Treatmnet Providers, LLC, of Madison, TN, and from what I have found out and they were pushing to get Hammond's Children taken away. The children are not in the Wheeler County area. They have been move to an undisclosed place in another state.
If anybody finds out that Rushing, Jernigan, Baskin, & Baker are down there to turn KBKH Radio (KRMN to them) back on, post it on this board. I've contacted Powell Way (Powell's Monitoring Station) to record it, and turn them in. The license has been deleted by the FCC and they are in voliation of operating a pirate operation.

Actually, there were many more comments in support of Mr. Hammond than the FCC has ever posted on their website. Why did they never appear for the public to see? I also have to wonder how it could be that five additional objections to the renewal were filed within a week of the local newspapers publishing of a (1/2 front-page) article that was obviously seeking to publicize Rushings' fraudulent attack on the radio station. But, when your town is corrupt, I guess that is to be expected.

I will continue to do the one thing I can do, which is to tell the story of the backward North Texas town which accused a radio station owner of stealing from his own radio station. It is completely indisputable that the radio station was yours and the fact that the court wouldn't accept the LICENSE as proof is insane.
Economic development? Quite the opposite I'd say. They managed to REDUCE the amount of commerce... and did so in an outrageous manner. If the people of the area REALLY ACCEPT this, they and their town will never amount to anything. This kind of thing doesn't happen in civilized, forward thinking places.
This thing has bothered me for years. I never thought they'd be able to take it this far. I'm encouraged that someone in the system finally recognized that something isn't right about any of this.
The only thing I can offer, other than making noise about this, is my hope that, as soon as you can, you get as far away from there as possible, cut your losses and never look back. But meanwhile, if any of these thugs are still in any kind of power there, make sure the "noisemaking" is distributed among enough of us who are geographically separated from there and out of their reach.

Something is seriously wrong here. I've been in contact with numerous Shamrock residents after hearing of this fiasco on radio and TV. I've looked over this website and carefully verified everything that I've seen with all of the state and federal agencies and it all checks out.
Of all the Shamrock people I've contacted, only three have tried to convince me that the Rushing mafia is "right". And, even more astounding is the fact that these three seem to feel that Rushing must be "right" because "he's always been polite and friendly to me!"
This entire story reminds me of a movie I once saw in which Johnny Cash played the roll of a straight-shooting and honest sheriff in one county and Andy Griffith played the roll of a crooked "David Rushing type" in a neighboring county. (The movie was called "Murder in Coweta County".)
The entire story boiled down to a scene in which Johnny Cash asked a lady in the county being terrorized by Andy Griffith: "What can you tell me about John Wallace (Griffith's character)?" To which the lady replied: "John Wallace is a good man! He bought all new church pews for our church just last month!" To which Cash's character later replied: "He didn't by any church pews. He bought people!"
Shamrock is under just this same type of terrorist situation. And, something needs to be done about it! What is wrong with law enforcement in this situation!? What is it that has blinded these poor and ignorant local people to what these local criminals are doing!? Are they truly this ignorant and naive!? Or, are they simply scared out of their wits to say anything because they're now programmed to realize that, no matter what Rushing says or does, no one will go against him because the DA will back him up in his lies to the point of accusing people of crimes that don't even exist?
