Please comment on how you believe the following new boards should be setup:

I (personally) would propose a new board for each county within the Texas panhandle. Within eack county board, I would like to add a "sub-board" for each town or city. Within those "sub-boards, I would like to add further "sub-boards" to be used in the discsuuion of local issues. Of course, eack "level" (at the "Panhandle" level as well as at the "County" level"), these various "Discussion Boards" would also exist.

Thoughts? Opinions? How would YOU propose that these be setup?

A previous incarnation of the board was extremely popular. I will look into reuploading an active copy of that boatd for browsing at a later date.

After the owner of the board (and the local radio station) was illegally sent to prison for what the texas courts called "allowing the expression of opinion not controlled by the court", the board died a swift death as others grew fearful of similar persecution.

This board is open to any and all to post. Please, have fun with it. The owner's "incarceration" was deemed to have been unconstitutional (http://www.cca.courts.state.tx.us/opinions/HTMLOpinionInfo.asp?OpinionID=15079) but, after many long years of living in such oppression, the locals have not yet been bold enough to use the board again despite having seen the ruling that the fiasco was unconstitutional.

I have started reading your story about how you were wronged. 

Definitly makes you want to stay away from Shamrock.
