"I have never seen anyone so
brazenly criminal as David Rushing. He is a liar and he is a thief. But,
make no mistakes here, David is a thief who is successful at crime because the
even bigger criminal inhabits the office of the district attorney in this part
of Texas. THAT is why David Rushing can and will get away with stealing from
your business and anything else he wants so long as she remains in power."
"If David is willing to pay me in
order to help him in stealing from you, I will be the first to admit that no
money spends as well as taxpayer money and David is paying me with taxpayer
money collected by the city so, in a sense, David Rushing is paying your money
to me so that I can help prosecute you for what we both know is not a crime at
all and is, in fact, a very weak civil matter. But, when you have a district
attorney who likes to dope-up, these things happen." - John Mann
