July 28, 2007 -- Look carefully at the "Eviction Notice" that is posted above. The person who wrote it and attached it to the door of our home neither owns the property nor has any form of control over it.
This is obviously yet another David Rushing instigated attempt at "ousting" us in order to prevent our rebuilding of the radio station. (Carefully note the date which was just about the time the Court of Criminal Appeals issued the final ORDER that sent me home. (Keep in mind that my wife was living here ALONE at the time and there are more than 450 feet of tower in the backyard. Not to mention the four transmitters and all of the studio equipment.)
Based on the document (downloadable here in PDF format and full-size) that is posted above, I would say David Rushing, Lynn Switzer and the remainder of the criminal conspiracy will do just about anything in order to keep word of their wrongdoings from being reported:
Of course, Jarrell Russell will now have to be sued in order to collect the attorney fees that he has cost for yet another frivolously contrived litigation. I have to wonder if he will seek reimbursement from David Rushing in the form of a "business grant" for an attempted joint-venture gone sour...
