Brief Outline

After almost 6 years of continuously lying, cheating and stealing from one local business, and many years of victimizing the local community, a local criminal conspiracy is still seeking to steal an entire radio station and actually managed to (temporarily) send an innocent man to prison!

This heinous travesty of justice has been accomplished to date by a group of local thugs who teamed up with a drug-dealing district attorney in fraudulently claiming that the radio station owner had stolen money from the radio station that he lawfully owns in Shamrock, Texas! These criminals have used anything within their powers, including falsified and fraudulent "evidence" and the testimony of inept and corrupt "law enforcement officers" who are more than willing to cooperate with the criminal schemes. These crooks are still trying to deprive his family of a breadwinner by claiming "the state" (Texas) can ignore any and all federal laws. licenses, rules and regulations pertaining to ownership of radio stations.

This criminal conspiracy has only been temporarily slowed down and, as always seems to be the case, the only means of seeking justice seems to be by throwing money at the problem! (The best justice that money can buy?) Trouble is, the local city of Shamrock goons have already ripped the station and it's owner off for much more than $125k and, as the radio station owner has been forced to use his operating capital to survive the legal struggle, this leaves the owner nothing with which to support his family and business!

Terry Keith Hammond, the legal and rightful owner of KBKH 92.9-FM, has been falsely accused and found guilty (by the creative use of falsified and fraudulent "evidence" and the "creative" use of the grand-jury system - for which NO records were kept in his case) of stealing from the radio station that he, as an individual, owns. Mr. Hammond has appealed the conviction based upon, among other things, the fact that his federally issued broadcast license was maliciously misrepresented to the jury as a "known forgery" by the prosecution when his case went to trial. Further, during the "joke trial", the prosecution was so brazenly involved in the pursuit of a personal vendetta against Mr. Hammond that she actively engaged in maliciously covering up several important facts. Most notably that:

Mr. Hammond had never taken out a loan of any kind or in any amount with Shamrock Economic Development Corporation (SEDC). Not so much as a penny! As a consequence, Mr. Hammond could not possibly owe them any debt (as David Rushing, the local crime-figure, fraudulently claims while calling advertisers with lies about Mr. Hammond's business - yet another violation of federal law - that is ignored by the DA - by Mr. Rushing)!
Mr. Hammond did not ever, at any time, rely on equipment that had been listed as collateral in the loan made between the previous management (NOT THE OWNER) of the radio station and David Rushing. Mr. Hammond did not ever - at any time - possess anything that could've possibly been considered to have been used as collateral in the loan agreement between SEDC and the former management of the radio station.
The lease agreement between Mr. Hammond and the station's former owner, under which Mr. Hammond operated the radio station from February 14, 2003 through August 23, 2002, specifically (and legally, in accordance with federal law) appointed Mr. Hammond as the soul "custodian of the receivables" for the radio station. Further, that lease agreement is properly signed by both Mr. Hammond, and the former licensee (owner) of the radio station - who also did not owe SEDC any form of "loan repayment". The lease agreement is also duly and properly notarized and witnessed. Knowing this, why would any honest and moral prosecutor feel the need to cover up and/or "gloss over" such a document by falsely and knowingly claiming that it is a forgery when it is generally well known that it is a legitimate document? Obviously, this was done in order for Rick Roach and Lynn Switzer to engage in a willful and malicious prosecution! Or, to seek to silence the owner of a local radio station in order to prevent his releasing information concerning drug/firearms and child-pornography within the office of the district attorney! (The former district attorney is now serving a 5 year federal prison sentence and an 18 year state prison sentence after pleading guilty to these very charges! Did the "great state of texas" investigate and prosecute him? NO! The "great state of texas" engaged in every possible attempt to "look the other way" in order to avoid embarrassment!)
Even if the above three points were never taken into consideration, the loan agreement between SEDC and the former management of the radio station lists the collateral as "ALL INVENTORY, FIXTURES, FURNITURE, EQUIPMENT NOW OWNED OR HEREAFTER ACQUIRED WHEREVER LOCATED". No matter how the "SECURITY AGREEMENT" is interpreted, this document does not include the radio station's receivables in any way, shape or form. The former management of the radio station did not ever own the radio station and, therefore, could not have possibly listed the receivables - what David Rushing fraudulently claims as his money - as collateral in any loan agreement to which they entered into with anyone. The loan agreement the previous management did enter into with David Rushing did not entitle Rushing to any of the station's income - this is a direct contradiction to Rushing's PERJURED TESTIMONY in court that was allowed by and aided by the district attorney!

Lynn Switzer, the assistant district attorney who was appointed as replacement for the (confessed and imprisoned) former drug-dealing/firearms and child-porn dealing district attorney (Richard James Roach) has publicly made a joke of herself by announcing that she wants to "ride along with the sheriff and be there for the kill", despite Mr. Hammond's ongoing appeal of the conviction.

Mr. Hammond has a wife and two small children who will be without a breadwinner if Ms. Switzer and Mr. Rushing's insidious plot is allowed to reach fruition.

Mr. David Rushing, the individual who has fraudulently initiated this gross miscarriage of justice by having a confessed drug dealing DA assist him in claiming wrongful ownership rights to Mr. Hammond's business and income, has gone so far as to participate in a morning gathering in which he and his conniving friends gather for a "countdown to the end of the radio station". These public "scum-sessions" are well known within the community and are just another means of making certain that no local business will advertise on Mr. Hammond's radio station by reminding the entire community that Rushing, Switzer and other criminal co-conspirators are engaged in this childish personal vendetta that amounts to nothing more than a criminal restriction of trade conspiracy. What these individuals seem to realize and to even enjoy is that they are actually participating in yet another David Rushing instigated harassment and punishment of Mr. Hammond's wife and two little girls.
