Meet a prosecutor who will lie, cheat, steal, falsify evidence, intentionally lead investigations astray and do anything it takes to win no matter how crooked and deceitful the means. A prosecutor who is about as interested in serving justice as was Charles Manson. All of this, because she is so wrapped up in the illegal conspiracy of her predecessor that she absolutely MUST do anything and everything at her disposal (including kissing David Rushing where the sun doesn't shine) in order to avoid another investigation of her newly acquired office. An office that was bought and paid for by nothing less than purely criminal acts for which her mentor and predecessor is now serving federal prison time for his role in the commission of those crimes. An investigation that would certainly reveal her roll in the Rick Roach conspiracy and would just as certainly lead to her arrest, indictment and conviction on multiple felony counts. In keeping up this front, Sharon Lynn Switzer has now surpassed Richard James Roach on a basic "scale of notoriety". That particular feat requires lots of effort and is a title that she will, no doubt, be extremely proud to claim!!! If there's a person on the "Scum-List" that could possibly surpass the former "Drug-Dealing DA", Switzer would have to be that person. This is due to her insistence on carrying on her former boss's crooked "political favors" in order to avoid further investigations that will link her to even more disgusting criminal activity! You should hear what Lynn Switzer was recently heard telling at a poker game. (That's right: A poker game!) It seems that she's begun to admit - in close and "tight-knit" circles - that she "never felt that the Hammond case should've been prosecuted but, having been ordered to 'run it through' by Rick (Roach), backing down now would only lead to more wide-scale investigations and my (her) office and our (her) credibility won't stand up to that"... (Recordings of the confession are in the works.) Since being appointed (and not elected) as the replacement of the now incarcerated Richard James Roach, Switzer has proudly announced that she plans to "fully investigate and prosecute the wrongs of the former district attorney" even as she continues the "prosticution" (malicious and false prosecution) of others that Roach had initially prosecuted as "favors" for area predatory lenders, drug dealers and corrupt state, county and city officials within the region.
Sadly, Switzer is a knowledgeable prosecutor who has learned to twist, warp and distort evidence and to brazenly lie and make completely fraudulent claims to courts and juries. This gives her the innate ability to "tweak the evidence to best advantage" and she doesn't hesitate to be sure this happens (without limitation and/or regard for anything so silly and unimportant to her as JUSTICE). According to her own sworn statements, Switzer was complacent in aiding and abetting former District Attorney Rick Roach's crimes by keeping quiet even to the point of knowing Roach had inject methamphetamines directly into his penis! Even while observing this, Switzer still did not come forward with the true facts even in the name of justice which she is sworn to uphold "at all costs". (And, one simply must ask: Why would an individual watch another individual inject drugs into their penis "to enhance sexual pleasure" unless that "sexual pleasure" was planned to be shared?)
Since being appointed to office, Lynn Switzer has made broad and sweeping statements indicating that she has "started on a rebuilding and renewing of confidence in the office of the district attorney" and that she is "dedicated to the effort" following the arrest, indictment confessions and subsequent guilty pleas of former 31st District Attorney Rick Roach of Pampa, Texas.
What are the problems with these empty assertions? In sworn affidavits obtained as a direct result of the Roach investigation, Switzer proudly testifies:
She was aware of Roach's drug addiction long before his arrest and took no action to report the drug use until it was reported by someone other than herself.
She was aware of Roach's abuse of power and misuse of his office and took no action to report the indiscretions until it was reported by someone other than herself.
She was in a position to have brought about an end to Roach's abuses of power long before but she chose to await the actions of others when it came to enforcing justice within the Office of the District Attorney for the 31st Judicial District and, when asked to provide testimony against Roach, resorted to a demand of "I'll do it only if I'm guaranteed to get his job".
She has fervently continued the prosecution of several cases that are nothing more than a continuation of Roach's political favors to other corrupt officials in the area. (This demonstrates that drug dealers will do anything within their power to help other corrupt individuals in their personal vendettas against those who would otherwise seek to quash the drug trade.)
She has demonstrated an active and ongoing pattern of refusing to recognize and totally disregarding such basic federally mandated rights as offered by the Constitution of The United States of America. (See the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals opinion specifying an unconstitutional order that was written by Switzer, a "prosticutor" who should know better than to seek to nullify the constitution of the United States of America simply "because it furthers the arguments of the crime-ring".)
She has demonstrated on active and ongoing pattern of refusing to recognize such legally empowering and binding documents as federally issued licenses and rules and regulations by advising jurors in at least one case to "ignore that federal document as the State of Texas didn't issue it and, as such, you are to treat it as a known forgery!" (This was also made possible due to either criminal intent or outright ineptitude on the behalf of Rick Walden.)
She has been observed by numerous local residents and professionals to have engaged in "public displays of affection" with David Rushing and, as we all are aware, this would indicate a definite trend toward an attitude of "Whatever David wants, David gets."
She has caused local observers to coin the terms "prosticutor" and "prosticution" by becoming extremely successful at making the "drop the pen, then bend over and retrieve it" method of "revealing her assets" in an effort at attracting male attention. This has become an expected attraction at each and every court proceeding in which she participates.
